Phanor joined EVA Studio in 2017 as a lead site supervisor for the construction of five public places in Canaan, Haiti, a project that is part of the CUCD program, financed by the USAID and American Red Cross and implemented by Global Communities.

Phanor holds a degree in Civil Engineering from GOC University. He brings to EVA Studio team a wide and unique experience on construction administration of post-earthquake reconstruction projects in Haiti.

Phanor had previously worked as a site supervisor for Fondation Architectes de l'Urgence (FAU) on several projects, including hospitals, and retrofit of housing.

He had also worked as a consultant for the Saint Charles Borromée Mission, and supervised the construction of a community school, financed by the World Bank.
